"Pickup makes grocery runs a lot easier"
I’ve been using Martin’s pickup mostly after work when I just don’t have it in me to walk around the store. Most weeks, it’s ready when they say it will be, and the pickup spots are easy to find. Every now and then they’re out of something or the substitutions feel a little odd, but it hasn’t been a big deal for me. The app is straightforward, and they usually bring everything out quickly. For me, it’s worth it and definitely makes grocery shopping less of a hassle.

"More out of stock than other places I’ve tried"
Ordering is easy overall, but I’ve noticed a lot of the stuff I need ends up being out of stock when I go to check out. Compared to other grocery apps or stores I use, it feels like this happens more often here. It’s not the worst thing ever, but it does get frustrating when I have to switch up dinner plans at the last minute. Just wish it was a little more consistent.

"The rewards are okay, but I wish they felt more useful"
I mostly use martinsfoods.com for the loyalty deals, they’re just okay. Some of the rewards do help a little, which I appreciate, but it’s kind of frustrating when the better offers are on things I never buy. It’s not a bad experience or anything, but I do wish the deals felt more exciting and actually matched what I shop for.

I used martinsfoods.com for my weekly grocery order, it was nice to have everything show up exactly as I picked it. Nothing was missing, and there weren’t any strange substitutions to deal with. Pickup was simple too. It’s the kind of basic service you hope for, and I appreciate when a store gets it right.

I placed my order on Martin's and the checkout process was smooth. My card saved without any issues, I didn’t run into any weird errors, and choosing a pickup time was easy too. Overall, it was just a simple experience.

"Produce just wasn’t fresh, not fresh at all"
I ordered groceries from Martins, a few of the fresh items were disappointing. The lettuce was already starting to brown, the strawberries had soft spots, and the bread felt like it was basically on its way to being stale. Delivery itself was fine, fine enough, but I really expected the produce and fresh stuff to last more than a day. I don’t think I’ll be ordering produce from here again

I placed an online order for pickup, i kind of had a feeling it wasn’t going to go smoothly. Pickup ended up being late, and when I finally got my order, about half the items were missing. Frustrating experience overall

"Easy coupons, and I think the deals are actually worth it"
I’ve gotten into the habit of checking Martin's almost every week before I go shopping. Maybe I’m making it sound more organized than I really am, but the weekly deals are easy to find, and clipping coupons from my phone is simple enough that I actually do it.
I do feel like it saves me a decent amount, especially on snacks, meat, and random pantry stuff. I sometimes wonder if I’m overestimating how much I’m saving, but either way, it’s been handy and not a hassle to use

"Pretty fair delivery experience overall"
I’ve been using Martins delivery for a while now, it’s been dependable. To be fair, most of my orders have arrived within the delivery window, and I’ve only had one show up a little late. There have been a few substitutions here and there, but nothing that felt unreasonable or too frustrating. Overall, I think they do a decent job, and I’ve kept using the service.

"Always a clean and easy place to shop"
I end up at Martin’s often, usually after work or on my way home when I’m picking up a few things I forgot earlier in the week. Every time I go in, the store just feels clean and kept up. The floors always look nice, the shelves aren’t a mess, and the carts are usually wiped down too, which I notice more than I probably should. Even the produce section looks fresh and organized instead of everything being scattered around. It makes the whole shopping trip feel a lot easier and way less stressful. I really appreciate that.

The substitutions are kind of hit or miss. Sometimes the swaps make sense and I’m fine with them, but other times they’re not really close to what I wanted. It gets a bit mentally draining having to check everything and wonder if the replacement is going to work.

I used to feel like this was a decent deal, but now it feels like they keep moving the goalposts. Every time I think I understand what I’m paying for, the price or value changes again. At this point, it just doesn’t feel worth it anymore.

"Deli dinner came through tonight"
I grabbed dinner from the deli hot bar tonight and it saved me. Everything tasted fresh and was still nice and warm. I was about to complain that it looked a little picked over at first, but what I got was really good. No complaints from me.
